. — The project seeks to highlight the innovative yet hidden spatial features of the old market and bring it to life. It is a lens, focusing the eye of the observer on the key moments of the historic structure. A series of subtle architectural interventions were utilised to extend the block and create new adaptive spaces. The colourisation and simple forms slip through the market creating a playful dialogue of the old and new.
